During the pandemic I did these routines daily and benefitted both my body and mental strength. I then got caught up w things, and here I am 4 years later back to this routine.

Thank you for the past 30 days, I have definitely seen some great changes. This 30 day series have helped me achieve great results that are by far better than any 30 day series I’ve followed.
Can i reverse this workout like do the hard stuff first then finish with donkey kicks? Or do i actually need the kicks first to activate glutes?
I hadbeen doing this 6 years back but unfortunately after an accident ...my both arms got fractured. However not its all ok and now I am gonna try a light version of this again.

Generally good tips, but drinking 1 gallon per day is too much for some people. If you're really skinny and short, it could be too much. Wiping out your electrolytes is a real thing, I've seen it happen and rushed someone to hospital... they would have died otherwise. So use common sense for your own particular needs. And if you are tiny and drink lots of water, dont forgot salt to keep your electrolyte balance from depleting.
Lol not to be rude but that looks ridiculous mate. Plus there's too much swinging, not enough control. Here's a tip for you, not that you need to get any bigger lol. What you're doing is swinging the weight, this only makes it easier, i mean, you're even dropping it further than the lowest it can go! Plus research has proven lowering the weight is even more important than lifting it. So lower the weight in a controlled manner. This will eliminate swinging, plus you'll get the most out of the movement. Oh, plus avoid bending your torso, keep it stable.

But since its alot of reps would this fall more under cutting and definition or bulk and build? May be a stupid question im still a beginner here.
